Why have you changed the dates of this year’s show?
In light of the recent Government annoucements regarding mass gatherings and social distancing, we have postponed the Norfolk Garden Show to new dates after the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak.

What were the original dates, and what are the new dates?
The show was originally set to take place on Saturday 11th, Sunday 12th and Monday 13th April 2020. The Norfolk Garden Show will now be running on Friday 16th, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th July 2021.

I already have tickets for the April 2020 show – can I use these at the July 2021 show?
Yes, absolutely! All tickets for our April 2020 show are valid for the July 2021 dates. However, due to capacity restrictions, please contact our ticket support team to advise which day you wish to attend. You can do this by emailing support@yourticketbooking.com.

Can I speak to someone about my ticket booking?
If you have problems with your tickets or are unable to make the new dates, please contact our ticket support team at RedBox who will be able to assist you.  Please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912.



Can I book my tickets online?
Tickets can be booked in advance on our website by clicking here. Alternatively you can purchase tickets on the day of the show at our Box Office, which will be situated at the entrance to the show. However, due to capacity restrictions on this year’s show, we advise booking tickets in advance as tickets are selling extremely quickly and we do not expect tickets to be available on the gate. Can I book tickets over the phone?
Yes, the number to call is 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus any network charges from your supplier.

I’m having problems with my ticket booking – what should I do?
If you have a ticket enquiry, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus any network charges from your supplier. On show days, lines will be open from 8am to 11am.

I’ve booked the wrong date on my tickets! Can I amend the booking?
Yes, please contact our tickets support team at RedBox who will be able to amend your booking and re-issue with new tickets with the new date on. Please note that tickets are limited and once tickets have sold out, you will no longer be able to swap your day of entry. Email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912.

I don’t have access to a printer and/or can’t print my tickets – can I still come to the show?
Ideally we prefer all of our customers to print their tickets, but if you are unable to print the tickets, we do also accept viewing on smartphones.

I can’t find my ticket confirmation email – what should I do?
Sometimes our ticket confirmation emails end up in people’s junk mail (we try not to take it personally). Follow this link to the ticket booking page, then click on ‘More Information’. There should be an option to ‘Resend My Email’. Click this and your tickets should be resent through to you. For further assistance, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus any network charges from your supplier.

I can no longer attend – can I get a refund?
We’re sorry if you can’t join us but all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Is there an additional charge for parking?
No, parking at the Norfolk Showground is free for visitors. There are plenty of car parking spaces available, some hard-standing and the remainder on grass.

How far is the car park from the Showground entrance?
The main car park is about a five minute walk to the Showground entrance.

Are there parking facilities for those who need accessibility?
Yes. The spaces are as close as possible to the Showground entrance. Please ask staff on arrival and they will direct you to these spaces. However, we advise arriving early as Blue Badge parking is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Does the show take place inside or outside?
The Norfolk Garden Show takes place outside on the Norfolk Showground.

What’s the ground like?
The ground that the show will be taking place on is flat with concrete paths.

Are dogs allowed in the grounds?
Dogs on leads are allowed on the Showground. Guide dogs for the blind or for the hard of hearing are welcome in all areas. Please respect our surroundings and pick up any waste after your dog and dispose of it in the dog litter bins that are situated in various places around the Showground.

Will food be available at the show?
Yes, there will be an array of stands selling a selection of food and refreshments.

Is picnicking allowed?
Yes, you are welcome to picnic in any public areas of the Showground.

Can I enter the show more than once during my visit?
Yes, we will issue hand stamps for anyone wishing to return throughout the day of their visit.

Whilst we advertise events, activities and entertainments we will not be held responsible for the failure of any events, activity and/or entertainment being available or the quality of any of the events, activities or entertainments. Failure of any of these to please cannot be held as a reason for refund.
