To help you plan your day out at the showground, we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked visitor questions. If you have a question which is not answered here, please call our general enquiries line on 01702 549623, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

 

COVID-19 FAQS


Why have you changed the dates of this year’s show?
In light of the recent Government annoucements regarding mass gatherings and social distancing, we have postponed the Norfolk Garden Show to new dates after the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak.

What were the original dates, and what are the new dates?
The show was originally set to take place on Saturday 11th, Sunday 12th and Monday 13th April 2020. The Norfolk Garden Show will now be running on Saturday 3rd, Sunday 5th and B/H Monday 6th April 2021.

I already have tickets for the April 2020 show – can I use these at the April 2021 show?
Yes, absolutely! All tickets for our April 2020 show are valid for the April 2021 dates. Just print your tickets off and bring them with you as normal.

Can I speak to someone about my ticket booking?
If you have problems with your tickets or are unable to make the new dates, please contact our ticket support team at RedBox who will be able to assist you.  Please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0203 763 9880.

 

GENERAL FAQS


Can I book my tickets online?
Tickets can be booked in advance on our website by clicking here. Alternatively you can purchase tickets on the day of the show at our Box Office, which will be situated at the entrance to the show. However we advise booking tickets in advance to take advantage of the discounted pre-booking rate as tickets on the gate will be subject to availability. For full ticket prices click here.

Can I book tickets over the phone?
Yes, the number to call is 0203 763 9880. Lines are open Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus any network charges from your supplier.

I’m having problems with my ticket booking – what should I do?
If you have a ticket enquiry, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0203 763 9880. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus any network charges from your supplier. On show days, lines will be open from 8am to 11am.

I’ve booked the wrong date on my tickets! Can I amend the booking?
There’s no need to amend your booking. Your tickets will be valid to use on any day of the Norfolk Garden Show regardless of the date on them. But please note that tickets can only be used once and are non transferable to another show.

I don’t have access to a printer and/or can’t print my tickets – can I still come to the show?
Ideally we prefer all of our customers to print their tickets, but if you are unable to print the tickets, we do also accept viewing on smartphones.

I can’t find my ticket confirmation email – what should I do?
Sometimes our ticket confirmation emails end up in people’s junk mail (we try not to take it personally). Follow this link to the ticket booking page, then click on ‘More Information’. There should be an option to ‘Resend My Email’. Click this and your tickets should be resent through to you. For further assistance, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0203 763 9880. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus any network charges from your supplier.

I can no longer attend – can I get a refund?
We’re sorry if you can’t join us but all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Is there an additional charge for parking?
No, parking at the Norfolk Showground is free for visitors. There are plenty of car parking spaces available, some hard-standing and the remainder on grass.

How far is the car park from the Showground entrance?
The main car park is about a five minute walk to the Showground entrance.

Are there parking facilities for those who need accessibility?
Yes. The spaces are as close as possible to the Showground entrance. Please ask staff on arrival and they will direct you to these spaces. However, we advise arriving early as Blue Badge parking is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Does the show take place inside or outside?
The Norfolk Garden Show takes place outside on the Norfolk Showground.

What’s the ground like?
The ground that the show will be taking place on is flat with concrete paths.

Are dogs allowed in the grounds?
Dogs on leads are allowed on the Showground. Guide dogs for the blind or for the hard of hearing are welcome in all areas. Please respect our surroundings and pick up any waste after your dog and dispose of it in the dog litter bins that are situated in various places around the Showground.

Will food be available at the show?
Yes, there will be an array of stands selling a selection of food and refreshments.

Is picnicking allowed?
Yes, you are welcome to picnic in any public areas of the Showground.

Can I enter the show more than once during my visit?
Yes, we will issue hand stamps for anyone wishing to return throughout the day of their visit.


Whilst we advertise events, activities and entertainments we will not be held responsible for the failure of any events, activity and/or entertainment being available or the quality of any of the events, activities or entertainments. Failure of any of these to please cannot be held as a reason for refund.
